RB Luxury transportation payment policy

It is your responsibility to notify RB Luxury transportation by email or text of any change in your reservation. A deposit is required at the time of booking for charters. The amount of deposit will vary depending on trip factors. IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO AND SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to travel.

Cancellations

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to scheduled trip. Cancellations made within 48 hours from scheduled trip will not be refunded.

Communication is key

By providing an email address or phone number you are giving RB Luxury Transportation consent to contact you by email, phone or text. RB Luxury Transportation will not share your private information with any third parties, except for law enforcement in case of emergency.

Please email/text/call us immediately if your flight is changed or cancelled to make to ensure that we can accommodate you. On the date of your ride, please deplane and make your way to baggage claim area. We allow time for restroom breaks & stroller pick-ups. If you will require additional time before your pickup, please notify us in advance. There are additional fees incurred that we must pass along if we are parked too long. Additional fees begin 45 minutes after your flight has landed. For non airport pickup you must be ready to depart at the prescheduled time. We will allow you 5-minute grace period. Additional charge of $10 per 10 minutes or fraction thereof will be applied after that.

We reserve the right to charge you wait time and additional airport parking, if your bags do not make it on the same flight as you, and you must fill out paperwork at the baggage claim or counter. We WILL NOT charge you wait time, if your flight is delayed for any reason. We may have to reschedule your ride if your flight is delayed.

Flight delays are out of our control and affect the rest of our schedule. We do our best to stay on schedule and always communicate if there is going to be a slight delay. In the event your driver is delayed, you can proceed to level one (car rental area) and find a nice area to sit. Your driver will be inside to meet you as quickly as possible.

AT RB LUXURY TRANSPORTATION we use a two step inspection to ensure the Child seats are properly installed. 1. The child seat will be installed prior to a transfer and inspected by the driver and 2, upon pick up the customer is required to ensure and inspect any child seats that are used from RB Luxury Transportation.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY. -- I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against RB Luxury Transportation and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, independent contractors or other representatives. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. This includes any connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing RB Luxury Transportation, services.

By accessing and adding/confirming your credit card information you are hereby authorizing RB Luxury transportation to charge your card.
